Arjen Weijers and Laurens de Groot are Sea Shepherd activists fighting the pillaging of the worldís oceans. But thatís not all. Weijers and De Groot are more than just campaigners fighting against whale slaughtering and the seal hunt. They lead the way by constantly exerting pressure on governments and sailing on board of Sea Shepherd ships impeding vessels from their illegal fishing activities.
Weijers en De Groot continue to fight for oceans being safe from greedy entrepreneurs willing to destroy complete ecosystems for the purpose of their own profit. They use notorious direct-action tactics to investigate, document, and take action when necessary to expose and confront illegal activities on the high seas.
